Soitec Belgium nv based in Hasselt, offers industry-leading GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-SiC material solutions, enabling the next generation of Efficient Power Electronic, RF Power and Sensor devices and systems, with today a strong focus on 5G telecom devices. The III-V epiwafers are deposited by MOCVD in its clean-room facility operated in Hasselt.
As the Manager of the Pilot Line team your main responsibilities are:
Manage our production line team : You will be in charge of all daily organisation of the team (Production, Process, & Maintenance) : planning, performance, budget, annual appraisal, KPIs…
Insure the link with other departments on site and from the Headquarter in France: Quality, Safety & Security, HR, Finance etc…
Manage budget topics and contractors on site with the support of our Technical Expert.
YOUR PROFILE :
Graduated from a Technical Diploma, you demonstrated a high interest in working in a High Technology Environment.
You are fluent in English, and cross-cultural agile because of the international character of Soitec Belgium and speaking languages spoken such as French & Flemish would be a strong asset.
A first Management experience in an industrial environment is a must.
