As Soitec continues its growth journey, it is looking to hire talents in the Strategy Office (SO) department.
You’ll play an integral part in defining the growth path of an ambitious SBF 120 company that operates in an innovative and high-tech environment while benefiting from high Executive Committee (Excom) visibility.
You’ll be part of the Corporate Strategy team which blends individuals with deep technical knowledge and functional strategy experts. The Strategy Office has a global footprint and a network of advisors in Europe, the US, and Asia.
As a Senior Manager Corporate Strategy at Soitec, you will own end-to-end responsibility and work cross-functionally to deliver high impact projects that define Soitec’s corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop Soitec’s regional expansion strategy in the context of increasing geopolitical/trade tensions
Facilitate and develop content to support corporate strategy processes with high Excom visibility: annual strategic plan, bi-annual strategy reviews, board strategic committees
Conduct deep-dive markets and trends analyzes to inform Soitec’s positioning on current and emerging markets
For this role, we are looking for a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, i.e., ability to structure & solve complex problems, synthesize the solutions, communicate clearly, and influence high-level stakeholders.
Your creativity is a plus, as is your ability to integrate quantitative, qualitative and sociological dimensions which will allow you to help the leadership team take a new look at the company and its markets.
The ideal candidate will:
have a Master’s degree in science or business (a degree in microelectronics will be a plus)
have at least five years of work experience in a similar role gained in a large technology company or top-tier consulting firm (semiconductor concentration will be a plus)
have a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
have strong communication and relationship skills
speak English fluently; French communication skills will be a plus
be reliable, autonomous and adhere to your commitments

Our headquarters in Bernin (close to Grenoble)
Paris
Singapore
Occasional international travel is required; moderate domestic travels to Grenoble are required if based in Paris.
