Since late 2023, SmartSiC™ substrates have been deployed from our state-of-the-art high-volume manufacturing line in Bernin, France, with a total design capacity of up to 500,000 wafers annually. To support the deployment of our SmartSiC™ and to expand our line of products using Wide Bandgap (WBG) materials, we’re looking for an ambitious Head of Product Management & Business Operations to join our Business Unit. This role is central to support in the execution of the BU's strategy.
You are involved in decisions regarding profitability and its improvement, the construction of a robust supply chain aligned with growth demands, and the daily monitoring of new product launch projects.
The customer’s need is at the center of your concerns and, in relation to your key interfaces (Field Application Engineers, Innovation, Operations, Sales and Marketing as well as Manufacturing teams), you systematically ensure that the answers provided to customers are reliable and consistent with our roadmap at all levels of the organization.
You've got a Master in Engineering, Physics or Material Science with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally in the semiconductor sector.
You have a good understanding of semiconductor products and supply chain management processes.
In your former experience, you have managed a team and have been exposed regularly to high-level international players on innovative technical subjects and you like to be in front of our customers.
You desire entrepreneurship and see yourself as a bridge builder bringing innovations to life as successful market leading products.
You combine a high level of project management, relational dynamism, and the ability to work closely with the various internal players. Your vision of the technological evolutions of our markets contributes to bringing creativity and agility to our organization.
Recognized for your technical and business leadership, you have a strategic vision of the stakes and you are self-motivated to coach and make your team grow.
You understand that this position requires enthusiasm, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of operational and financial results.
Fluency in English is needed.
The position is located in Bernin, in the area of Grenoble in France and requires frequent international travels.
