What does the job consist?

Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations
    • Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
    • Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.
    • Monitor and analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the shift.
    • Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Safety / 5S
    • Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to any emergency situations.
    • Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times.
  • People Development
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster skill development and career growth.

Requirements & qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree - Fresh
  • Diploma - Minimum 6 years relevant experience.

Technical / Job Knowledge

  • Basic computer skills preferably in MS office.
  • Advantageous to have basic cleanroom knowledge.
  • Knowledge in  SQL will be advantageous.

Personal Capabilities

  • Good team player, good communications and leadership skills.
