Internal - Warehouse Technologist

This role mainly supports activities related to warehouse and order fulfillment to improve the efficiency of the warehousing process through a well-designed, cost-optimized warehouse end-to-end plan.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in accordance with established procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
• Label and categorize inventory for proper identification and traceability
• Ensure timely and accurate material receiving and issuance between the warehouse and production
• Perform cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support internal and external audits

Safety & Housekeeping

• Comply with all safety rules, regulations, and work instructions to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with the 6S standard

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
• Able to speak and read English
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Forklift license is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Physically able to lift, move, and handle materials as required
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a good team player
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
