As part of the marketing team, your responsibilities will be diverse:
Help implement marketing and communications strategies (selecting events, developing a strategy for engaging with the trade press, etc.)
Collect and analyze data, and maintain databases and media lists
Collaborate on the creation of a web-to-lead program to manage leads and convert them into customers
Assist with the daily monitoring of the company’s online reputation
Prepare marketing activity reports
Collaborate with the Marketing Director on the preparation of all events (vendor management, contract negotiation, content development in collaboration with various divisions) and then develop the skills to independently manage the preparation process.
Work with the Marketing Director on event management (attending events, participating in various event planning committees, managing booth setup, managing brochures, managing promotional items, and managing leads generated) and then develop the skills needed to independently manage the preparation process.
Provide administrative support
Help draft and edit communication materials (e.g., press releases, publications, social media posts)
Assist with maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
Track projects and media coverage
Maintain the calendar of all events in which the company will participate
Help create video content to promote our products
You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications at a prestigious business school
You have practical work experience, preferably in sales or marketing
You have prior experience working at a company in the semiconductor industry
Fluency in English and another language is a strong plus
You are self-motivated, excellent at planning and organizing, and have a keen eye for detail
You have an analytical and meticulous mindset
You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
