What does the job consist?

The Communications Officer proposes and implements communications initiatives:


- to support the rollout of the Group’s strategy and give it meaning,
- to foster employee engagement and motivation,
- to unite employees around the company’s culture and values,
- to promote meaningful dialogue with employees.

 

Responsibilities
Propose and implement initiatives to roll out the People & Culture communication strategy
Propose and draft content for various internal audiences
Support the Group’s various departments with their internal communication needs
Manage the local site (Bernin, Pasir Ris, etc.)
Manage the intranet, propose improvements, and implement them
Create and update internal communication materials: videos, print, digital, screens, etc., in line with the Group’s graphic charter
Organize internal awareness-raising and/or social events (Midi Soitec, internal conferences, annual party, open house, etc.)
Analyze the audience reach and results of internal communication initiatives
Support and facilitate HR communication by ensuring employees are informed and engaged regarding the Group’s social developments

 

Requirements & qualifications

You are a master’s student in communications, event management, or a related field, and you are looking for a work-study program lasting 2 years.
You are organized, detail-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated, and you can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
You are a team player, curious, and proactive.
You are comfortable collaborating remotely with a multi-site team and have strong writing skills in both French and English.
You are also proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office) and have an interest in graphic design or content management tools.
A plus: you have an interest in video editing, photography, or videography.
